ABC's of Skating Clinic with Kerry Wethington-Register now!

Join us for our pre-school skating clinic here at Hat Trick Sports! This program is designed for pre-school aged boys and girls who have never skated or have skated very little before. It is designed to offer kids a chance to learn to skate and play the game in a non-threatening environment. This 10 lesson weekly camp will be taught by Kerry Wethington, who is passionate about hockey and coaching young players with years of training/teaching experience at all levels.

WINTER session: January 3rd- March 9th, 2012

**Classes are limited to 10 skaters with an 8 skater minimum. Register soon-classes will fill very quickly!

Class times:
Tuesdays, session #1: 10:00-10:30am. If wait list, session #2, 10:45-11:15am                     
Wednesdays, session #1: 10:00-10:30am. If wait list, session #2, 10:45-11:15am                        
Fridays, session # 1: 10:00-10:30am-FULL

PRICE: $195.00 for Fall session.  Fall session includes 10 classes

Dynamo Authentic Russian Training (D.A.R.T.)

   

D.A.R.T. or Dynamo Authentic Russian Training 
offers the only authentic Russian hockey training program that is designed to increase hockey specific speed, power, endurance and athleticism. 
 
The D.A.R.T. program is a 5 month program that follows the periodization phases of Post-Season Recovery, Spring Conditioning, Summer Conditioning, and Pre- Season Taper. 
 
The training sessions range from 1 to 2 hours in length depending on the phase ofthe program. The training includes 2 1/2 months of off-ice training 3 times a week, followed by 2 1/2 months of on ice and off-ice training 3 times a week, concluded with two weeks of 3 on 3 and 4 on 4 scrimmage games 3 times a week.
 
The D.A.R.T. program is offered to U 14’s, Bantam’s, Jr. Gold, High School, College, and Professional hockey players.  Both boys and girls are welcome to train. Sessions are limited to 20 players per group to ensure quality.

The goal of D.A.R.T. is to provide motivated hockey players an opportunity and atmosphere to dramatically improve their speed, power, endurance, and overall athleticism on the ice.
