Below is the entire application packet. If you have any questions while completing it or regarding job duties, please contact Bill Doll using the Contact Us page of this website.

Once completed, please mail to Hat Trick Sports.

Please make sure to follow the following steps while completing the application:

1. E-mail Bill Doll and notify him that you will be applying.
2. Download and complete the entire application and mail to Hat Trick Sports. Make sure all relevant documents are there, and if you are a minor, your background check is done correctly.
3. You will hear from us within two weeks.
4. IF HIRED:
5. You will receive the training manual, and instructions how and when to take the exm.
6. If you do not pass the exam, you will be allowed one more try in two weeks from the original test date.
7. If you pass the test, you will be assigned games.
